Acknowledgment of Risk By participating in any soccer-related activities offered by KC Soccer, the participant and their parent/legal guardian acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with such activities, including but not limited to physical injuries, accidents, or illnesses. Participation is entirely voluntary and assumes acceptance of these risks.
Release of Liability In consideration of participation in KC Soccer activities, the participant and their parent/legal guardian agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless KC Soccer, its officers, employees, coaches, agents, and representatives from any claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action resulting from injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses incurred during participation, whether arising from negligence or otherwise.
Medical Authorization The parent/legal guardian grants permission for KC Soccer staff or emergency personnel to seek medical attention or treatment for the participant as deemed necessary during activities. The parent/legal guardian accepts financial responsibility for any medical expenses incurred due to injuries or illnesses sustained during participation. A)Allergies, medical conditions, or relevant health information must be disclosed prior to participation. B)Emergency contact information must be provided.
Code of Conduct Participants and their parents/legal guardians agree to adhere to KC Soccer’s Code of Conduct, which promotes respectful and sportsmanlike behavior. Non-compliance may result in removal from the program without a refund.
Media and Photo Release KC Soccer is granted permission to photograph or record participants during activities and use these images for promotional purposes, including websites, social media, and marketing materials. A)Parents/legal guardians may opt out of this agreement by indicating so in writing.
Payment and Refund Policy Payment of all fees associated with participation in the program is the responsibility of the parent/legal guardian. Missed sessions will not be refunded unless explicitly approved by KC Soccer. Cancellations must follow the stated program policies.
Indemnification Parents/legal guardians agree to indemnify and hold KC Soccer and its staff harmless from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation in the program.
Acceptance of Terms By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the parent/legal guardian acknowledges they have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all terms herein, applicable to their child’s participation in KC Soccer activities
