Elevate your athletic performance with our Summer SAQ Program, ideal for players seeking to improve their speed, agility, and quickness while honing their soccer skills. This 7-week program features structured sessions combining fitness drills, ball mastery, and shooting techniques.
SAQ Training (6:00pm – 7:00pm)
Focus on drills to improve speed, agility, and quickness. Enhance athletic performance and coordination.
Ball Mastery (7:00pm – 7:30pm)
Develop individual ball control techniques, including dribbling, passing, and receiving.
Shooting Segment (7:30pm – 8:00pm)
Practice shooting techniques to boost accuracy and power.
